My name is Michelle Langdon and I’m a body love coach for women who want to stop obsessing over their weight–and live bigger, bolder and more beautiful lives! 

I do this work because I know what it’s like to let your body get in the way of your life.

In fact, if you met me back in 2010, you probably wouldn’t recognize me! I was that woman who didn’t show up for life because she was too busy counting calories, locked in the gym, body shaming, and overall hiding from life.

I woke up every day afraid of what the scale would say, dreading whether or not my clothes would fit, and feeling that if I could just lose 10 more pounds, my life would turn around…

Funny enough, I hit rock bottom when I finally achieved my ultimate goal – the scale finally said I was attractive.

I weighed less than I did in high school and I had never felt so unhappy. My fears had just changed – what if I gain the weight back? What if I still don’t fall in love? Why don’t I love my job? Why I do still feel lost and unloved?

It was a sun shiny day in October when I finally decided enough was enough.

On a whim, I contacted a life coach who offered an alternative. She suggested that there was another way to stop feeling crazy around food, to find self-acceptance at any size, and to truly know inside and out that my weight was not my worth. I was skeptical at first, but I dove in and my life has completely changed.

I now weigh more than ever, but feel like a million bucks.

–I attract men that I never would have had the confidence to date before.

–I got a promotion at work.

–I started connecting more deeply with friends.

–I feel love and compassion for myself and have discovered what my heart was truly searching for: openness, connection and expression.

But most importantly I’ve found my passion: helping other women to realize their potential and break free from the diet and body shame hamster wheel.
